It covers mobile-first design, key tools, and best practices for developing responsive lessons. Hands-on exercises help learners effectively use Captivate's features to meet the needs of on-the-go learners.
Corporate Courses
Corporations developed a series of mobile-friendly product courses tailored for crews who needed to access training on the go. These courses were designed to be easily viewable on smartphones and tablets, allowing crew members to learn about new products and procedures during downtime or between assignments. The bite-sized modules and responsive design ensured that essential information could be quickly absorbed, even in environments with limited connectivity or time constraints.
Safety First Learning
The Los Angeles School District's Division of Adult and Career Education implemented innovative distance learning applications to teach shop safety and best practices. These applications incorporated interactive multimedia and gamification scenarios, engaging students in virtual environments that simulated real-world workshop situations. By leveraging these immersive digital tools, the district was able to provide effective, hands-on safety training remotely, ensuring students gained crucial skills and knowledge before entering physical shop spaces.

From interactive museums to 360 virtual booths and the locally collaborative Red Car Experience in Seal Beach, our projects bridge physical and digital realms. These innovative solutions preserve history, ensure safe participation, and offer global access, demonstrating our commitment to technologically advanced, boundary-transcending experiences.
In October 2024, I had the honor of presenting "Master Mobile Learning with Adobe Captivate" at the Adobe Learning Summit in Las Vegas. This session focused on creating effective mobile-first learning experiences for diverse audiences, showcasing my proven "Master Tool List" methodology that has won multiple Adobe eLearning Challenge awards.
